Drink West continues to go from strength to strength which means we have a great opportunity for a highly motivated sales representative to join our Drink West team in Western Sydney. The Business Development Manager will continue to steer and drive sales in the key areas. You will seek out opportunities to increase our footprint and market share. Key to success will be driving excellence in execution with a focus on delivering all KPI’s for the business through sales in both On Premise & Retail sectors.

    • Build and maintain customer relationships.
      Sound understanding of Territory Management including call cycle / territory plan and supplier relationships.
    • Managing the existing customer base, sales growth opportunities, Margin expectations, and       Key Customer group Negotiations.
    • Work & collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns.
    • Handling administration by maintaining accurate customer records, weekly sales reporting, market intelligence and cost control.


    As a driven, passionate, and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:

    • Demonstrated experience within the liquor industry
    • Sound knowledge of the liquor industry and ability to provide high level of customer service.
    • Sound negotiation skills and proven track record of achieving budgets, plus the ability to set and manage deadlines.
    • Ability to share your knowledge, manage and motivate
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Professional, driven & strong team player
    • Sense of fun and proven ability in managing and leading teams
    • Enjoys being hands on as well as efficient when it comes to reporting and administration.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and work towards both your own, the companies’ goals and deadlines
    • Individual who thrives on responsibility & takes initiative when bringing ideas to the table
